  • The Doc's is a duplex with 2 separate sides but combined into 1 offer for larger groups and families. Each side of the duplex can also be booked separately. Doc's Boardwalk and Doc's Beachwalk make up The Doc's and can be viewed on the iTrip NC Beaches site.

  • 2 Private elevators, one in each side
  • Public Beach Access 244 at North Atlantic Avenue; easy beach access with no busy roads to cross

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed
  • Pets are not allowed at this property
  • Maximum Occupancy: 16 (Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib)
  • Minimum age to reserve: 25 years. Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without an accompanying adult staying in the unit at all times.
  • Be respectful of the house and contents. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
  • No events or parties allowed. If determined that a party/event is taking place at the property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given. If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.
  • Manager and owner of rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at property.
  • No uninvited guests without permission
  • No additional refunds are provided due to construction nearby that may happen from time to time
